Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask Trout Run Cabin to delete the personal information we hold about you, including anything received through our Facebook Page, Instagram account or Google Business listing.

How to request deletion

1. Email info@troutruncabin.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
2. Include the name and email (or social profile name) you used with us so we can find your information.
3. We will confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Removing our access on Facebook or Instagram

On Facebook go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find our app and choose Remove. Then email us to delete anything we already have.

What we may need to keep

If you have stayed with us, we may need to keep basic booking and payment records for tax and legal reasons. Everything else — messages, comments, contact details — will be deleted.
